Team 8011 was founded in the summer of 2019 by two professors from South China University of Technology, Team 8011 was created with the aspiration to introduce more children to quality robotics education and competitions. This is a team full of vitality and creativity. Since our establishment, we have been trying to stimulate team members' desire to learn STEM through exploration, discovery, and practice. The team has been committed to bringing STEM to more people. We not only visit many schools in Guangzhou to organize activities and give speeches promoting FRC and STEM, but also bring robots to venues like Guangdong Science Center and Guangdong Library to hold hands-on experiences, allowing more people in society to understand, participate, and love FRC.
